How?

 

Situation:

The English Sofa Company specialising in creating hand crafted sofas has contacted us they hypothesised that workers performance varies based on which work-desk they work at what leather colour they work with. They started collecting data but didn’t have the in-house knowledge to make use of it and draw insight.

Challenge:

Workers did much more errors on certain workdesks and with certain leather colours leading to costs and waste. Given that our client employed over 100 workers in the leathershop, they had no way and time to utilise workers strong sides and reduce errors leading to over 15% of total business expenditure.

Solution:

Our company performed a through analysis of the data provided to us uncovering key insights, that helped us created a tailored workplan with the use of Machine Learning for the entire factory. The workplan had detailed information about each workers strengths and weaknesses. An interactive dashboard and data collection system was also created to help The English Sofa Company Monitor workers performance continuously.
